Our story
We came to Goa for a new way to live — and built Nistula.
We're a motley group of startup founders, entrepreneurs, CXOs and creators, each with decades of building and transforming businesses. For us the office was always more than work — a home, a place of connection, creativity and shared dreams. When Covid arrived, that shifted: the friends we'd shared meals and milestones with became faces on a screen.
Seeking a new way of living, we packed our lives into bags and backpacks and headed to Goa. We found a vibrant, beautiful place — but one that lacked the accommodation and community we craved. Moving from villa to villa, some stays delighted and some didn't, but one thing was clear: five-star service was missing from the villa-rental space.
So we built Nistula. Nistula (निस्तुला) means “incomparable” — our promise to go beyond traditional hospitality. Not just a stay, but a way of life: the freedom to live as you choose, the luxury to indulge, and a community to connect with on your own terms. Starting here in Goa — and this journey is just beginning.
