1. What we collect
When you make a booking or send us an enquiry, we collect the details you give us — your name, contact details, the dates and villa you're interested in, and any requests you add.
- Government photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID), required for every adult guest.
- For foreign nationals, passport and visa details, as required by Indian regulations.
- Payment and booking details needed to confirm and service your stay.
- Vehicle details, where needed for security and community access.
2. How we use it
We use these details to answer your enquiry, manage your booking, and stay in touch about your stay — and to meet legal, safety, and community-access requirements. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
3. ID & verification
Valid government photo ID is mandatory for all adult guests at or before check-in; PAN is not accepted as address proof. We may decline check-in where ID is invalid or the details don't match the booking.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details — they go directly to the provider.
5. Analytics
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. It tells us which pages are useful, not who you are.
6. Records & disputes
In the event of a dispute, Nistula relies on records such as the booking confirmation, payment proof, guest communication, PMS entries, and inspection reports.
7. How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we need them to run our business and meet our legal obligations, then remove them.
8. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Use the details in your booking confirmation or on the site, and we'll help.
9. Your belongings
Please keep your valuables secure — Nistula isn't responsible for the loss of personal belongings, cash, jewellery, documents, or electronics left unattended at the property.
